I was looking for a DSD streaming endpoint to be used with Diretta and HQ Player. I got excellent support from Magna Hifi!

I was using an Ethernet switch, from a dedicated modem to a MacMini to my Oppo cd/dac. I thought it was pretty good. Streaming over the WiFi bypassed the Switch and degraded the sound. I received my DI-25HE and expected some improvement. What I wound up with was astounding. Over WiFi, my digital system has never sounded better. The stage and clarity have increased dramatically. I have gone back to listening to archived cds and they have never sounded better. I no longer just seek out 96 or 192 files, 44’s are holding their own. I paired the DI-25GE with AudioGD’s R7HEMkIII and the improvement was again incredible. The team at Magna HiFi are terrific and carry the best products. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Excellent DDC. I imported it personally to Japan. Rob and Jos handled the shipping quickly. For those who use a separate DAC and feel the CD player's digital output sounds better than the network audio's USB digital output, I can recommend this. When I input the network audio's digital output via USB into the DI-25HE for DDC processing, then input the DAC's digital AES-EBU output, the sound quality surpasses even the CD's digital output. However, it requires break-in. It's been a month since I started using it, and it's been powered on constantly. The break-in is still progressing, and the sound keeps getting better. My setup is: NUC (Roon ROCK) -> OLIOSPEC RDOR -> SOtM sms-200ultra neo -> SOtM tx-usbultra -> Soulnote D-2. I placed the DI-25HE between the tx-usbultra and the D-2.

Great power supply, this one is feeding the RPI5 based server directly connected to a Magna Mano Ultra mk 3.5 using Diretta Renderer Upnp software. The standard SMPS of the RPI5 was sounding harsh and thin.

Elegant, Refined and Musical I2S Cable I tested several HDMI cables for I2S: • Wireworld Sphere • Supra HDMI • AudioQuest • Wireworld Silver Sphere The Silver Sphere stood out as the most balanced and refined. Compared to others: • More elegance • Better tonal coherence • No harshness • Excellent spatial focus • Natural presentation It does not emphasize punch like Supra, and it does not sound diffuse like AudioQuest. Instead, it delivers precision plus smoothness plus musicality. Rob and Jos were great at keeping the cable testing grounded and system-dependent, which helped me reach a clear decision.

I was skeptical about fuses. Very skeptical. But after extensive testing, the SR Pink proved to be a real upgrade in every component I tried. Compared to stock and other audiophile aftermarket fuses: • More openness • Better dynamics • Clearer treble • Stronger bass • More space The improvement is not subtle. It is clearly audible. Important: full performance needs around 2 weeks of burn-in. Magnahifi (Rob and Jos) were also helpful here, because they encouraged methodical testing and realistic expectations instead of hype. Highly Effective System Tuning Tool.

The Magna Mano represents a different philosophy: extreme optimization, minimalism and focus on sound quality. Compared to the Holo Red: • Initially slightly sharper • But clearly more resolving • Better separation • More precise timing After full burn-in, the Mano surpassed the Red in every aspect: • More transparency • More natural flow • Better microdetail • Greater realism What makes the Mano special is its calmness. Even complex music remains relaxed and effortless. Burn in is really important with this device, the first 2 weeks it sounds harsh compared to its end state. A major part of the experience was the service: Rob and Jos delivered outstanding support and advice, and that level of competence is rare in this hobby.

The Holo Bliss KTE replaced my Aune S17S and immediately proved to be a massive upgrade. With the HE1000 Stealth V2, the difference was dramatic: • Much more body • Stronger bass foundation • Better punch • Greater dynamic contrast • More realistic textures After proper burn-in and optimization, the Bliss became the heart of my system. As a preamp, it outperforms the Spring 3 KTE preamp module: • More drive • Better bass authority • Larger stage • Greater emotional impact It combines brute power with refinement. Nothing sounds forced. Everything flows naturally. Magnahifi’s support was excellent, and Rob and Jos were particularly helpful in troubleshooting setup choices and making sure the Bliss integration made sense for my full system, not just headphones. A true reference Preamp and Headphone Amplifier.

The Holo Cyan 2 was my first experience with high-quality R2R DACs, and it changed my expectations completely. Compared to Denafrips Ares and many delta-sigma DACs, the Cyan 2 offered: • More natural tone • Better spatial layering • More realistic timbre • Less listening fatigue It combines resolution with musicality in a rare way. It never sounds analytical, yet reveals enormous detail. Even after testing much more expensive DACs, I realized how close the Cyan 2 already plays to true high-end. Magnahifi were excellent in explaining system matching and helping me interpret what I was hearing without pushing a sales narrative. One of the best DACs in its class.

Holo Red – A Serious Step Into High-End Digital Transport After starting with mainstream streamers, the Holo Red was my first real step into serious digital transport. Compared to the Bluesound Node, the improvement was immediate and unmistakable. The Red delivered: • Clearly higher resolution • Better microdynamics • A more stable and deeper soundstage • More natural timing and flow Music became more three-dimensional and emotionally engaging. It did not sound “digital” anymore. Instead, it felt organic and calm. Later, when comparing it to the Magna Mano, I realized that the Red is already very good, but the Mano ultimately plays on a higher level. Still, the Holo Red is an outstanding transport in its price range and a perfect entry into high-end streaming. Rob and Jos, were consistently very helpful and precise in their guidance during my evaluation process. Highly Recommended

Just wanted to let you know that the two AudioGD components sound amazing.  I’m listening to more and more digital now.  It’s rivaling my analog, which is really good.

I have given this an excellent, probably a very good would be more accurate. But value foe money and performance is really very very good. I wanted compact with a lot of facilities and to honest VU METERS. ITS GREAT IT CURRENTLY HAS £4000 of speakers attached and it really is performing way better than it should

Ik heb er even over moeten nadenken wat ik nou moet schrijven over deze kabel. Wat ik hoor met deze kabel of eigenlijk wat ik niet hoor....... Ik probeer hieronder kort te verwoorden wat ik bedoel. De TPR Aes kabel is neutraal, zeer neutraal. De kabel stuurt de signalen van de bron ongekleurd door. Voegt geen "warmte" of "helderheid" toe. Veranderd niets aan de breedte of diepte van het podium of aan het stereobeeld etc, etc. Geeft de signalen door zoals de bron ze heeft afgegeven. Zoek je dit....dan is de TPR kabel van Grimm zeker een goede kanshebber/optie. Wil je met de kabel de sound "kleuren" dan zou ik naar andere opties gaan zoeken. Ik heb deze kabel niet met andere neutrale kabels vergeleken. Prijs/kwaliteit is gewoon goed.

Ich muss schon sagen dieser Kauf vom singxer SDA 6 Pro 2 war ein absoluter Volltreffer. Der hat den DAC vom Rotel Michi X5 Versemmelt. Aber sowas von! In Präsenz, ein schwarzer Hintergrund und einer Klarheit die Atemberaubend ist Natürlich hat das XLR Kabel zum Rotel Tellurium Q Ultra Black 2 mit seiner Klarheit und raumbreite und Tiefe seinen Beitrag dazu geleistet. Kann diesen DAC nur jedem empfehlen der auf der Suche nach einem DAC ist der Preis ist unschlagbar!! Danke liebes Magna Team.

Prior to purchasing the Red Jos had outlined all the various set up options it offered. I took the time to reearch and experiment with Network and DDC options and eventually settled on a Roon to HQ Player on a Mini Mac with a USB connection to the Red and I2S output cable to a Holo May. Very pleased with the audio outcome and more than grateful to Magna for all there patience and help Highly recommended product.

I have owned a variety of Chord Electronic products for 10 years or so but have been searching for something less clinical but is able to provide musical detail and depth. The Holo May met that criteria. A wonderful product.

Top DAC. Super ruimtelijk. Detaillering is enorm. Heel veel ruimte in het beeld. Inspelen duurt wel even maar daarna is het een feestje!

Na TPR interlinks, die zeer neutraal klinken nu een AES/EBU besteld. Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
