Vor dem Erhalt dieses Kabels war mein neuer Eversolo T8-Streamer per vorhandenem USB-Kabel mit meinem Holo Audio-DAC verbunden, das war schon gut im Vergleich zu den anderen Anschlussmöglichkeiten. Das Audioquest-HDMI-I2S-Kabel hat der Kombination tatsächlich noch einen weiteren hörbaren Kick versetzt! Klanglich und vor allem auch räumlich!!

Top DAC. Super ruimtelijk. Detaillering is enorm. Heel veel ruimte in het beeld. Inspelen duurt wel even maar daarna is het een feestje!

I bought this for my setup on Jos's recommendation. Honestly, I haven't had good experiences with mains filters, but this one is excellent. It maintains the dynamics, but the backgrounds become even darker and quieter. Almost eerie :)

The T8 feels solid and reliable, and it clearly does its job well as a transport, providing a stable and clean digital signal. When paired with the Z10, the sound comes across detailed and open, with a low noise floor and very precise imaging that makes instruments easy to place. There’s plenty of resolution without it becoming analytical or fatiguing, and dynamics stay controlled and natural. Overall I am satisfied with both T8 and Z10!

Mijn blinde aankoop blijkt een schot in de roos. Als er plannen zijn om een geïntegreerde versterker aan te schaffen dan doe je jezelf ernstig te kort als je de Dazzle niet op het verlanglijstje zet. Eenvoudig goed. Ik gebruik de Red als streamer met maar 1 uitgang dus geen problemen met overschakelen

Eerlijke speler met veel bedieningsgemak en prachtig ruimtelijk geluid. Laat m wel >96 uur inspelen. Daarna is het harde geluid volledig verdwenen en in een prachtig driedimensionaal geluid veranderd. Tip is ook gebruik te maken van de mogelijkheid om een ssd te laten installeren door Magna hifi. Dat, naast een super snelle levering, en een top up to date houden van de bestelstatus, pleit voor Magna hifi. Een aanrader voor een ieder.

Just Great!! Around 15 years ago i bought an Audio GD DAC to try it out - and it was just great for long time until outdated technically. 6 years ago i bought a small Audio GD preamp (2nd system) and it was just great and still is. - meanwhile came out some bad reviews based on bad measurements - and i admit it made me hesitate to buy the Master preamp. I bought a "well measured " preamp instead at the same price like the nfb1 amp while building a new system - it was "ok" but not "great". Master 9 amp now is a total different story from the beginning - just great already out of the box - and after some weeks of daily duty and always on even better and no complaints neither. Sound is full, big and open transparent. It was the missing link to kick my power amp to sing and sound. I am quite sure now also my next serious DAC will be an Audio GD product again - and If i had the space for the big ones... but already the small models will play "music" instead of only "numbers" - at a modest price level in addition. Thanks to "Mr Kingwa" and Magna Team for offering such good products!

I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now, with over 50 hours of playback time. It already sounds very nice even via the USB input. When connected to my Quloos QU02 DDC via coaxial, the sound quality improves even further and becomes truly enjoyable—especially with vocal and live instrument music. Surprisingly, it also performs extremely well with metal and rock. Everything sounds engaging and lively, with excellent rhythm and dynamics, yet it is never fatiguing, harsh, or ear-piercing. The presentation is musical and natural, without lacking detail. Music just flows effortlessly, making the listening experience very enjoyable. For me, it’s simply great sounding compact desktop dac/amp which weights only 2.5kg! Very enjoyable with my Focal Clear OG, HD650 and I also tried it with Hifiman Arya. All sounds great. I use it with High Gain at 23-35 volume levels for an average and louder listening levels. Only Meze 99Neo using with Low Gain and it sounds also great! I reccomend to burn-in at least for 50 hours open up the sound performance, it starts to open up vocals, scene and bass a little more after some play time. I also reccomend using a DDC or a quality streamer to squeeze the last drop of the sound quality 😊 I'm using it with my Quloos QU02 DDC connected via "Canare L-5CFB" coxial cable and I'm very impressed with the sound quality! I’ve been using the R29 for some time now and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s an excellent device, especially considering the price. The sound is very musical, natural and engaging, and it has no problem driving even more demanding planar headphones. Power, control and tonal balance are all there. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality all-in-one DAC/amp in this range. Also, big thanks to Jos and Magna Hifi for the great communication and smooth buying experience.

Nog tikje gemengde gevoelens met mijn oude preamp. Een ding is zeker het duurt echt wel meer als 100 uur voor hij is ingespeeld. Je hoort steeds meer vernetering. Zet ik een fatsoenlijke opname op dan hoor je pas je tevredenheid. Dan is het echt wel heel goed.

De Super3 Farad aangesloten op de Laiv udac. Het lijkt nu al alsof mijn dac een paar niveau's hoger speelt als voorheen! Bizar! Dit zal denk ik nog verder verbeteren naarmate het verder is ingespeeld.

The streamer with Farad power supply is great. Huge improvement over the WIIM Pro with IFI power supply I was using. I have a resolving system and it boosted the performance substantially. Soundstage, detail, black background, bass speed/punch and midrange detail really helped bring my system to the next level or possibly two levels. Both components are solid, appear to be solid well built components. Wish I would have gotten the option for the top tier power cable.

Good, don't think there is anything better at this price.

This is an excellent product. I have owned it just two weeks and am really enjoying the music coming through. I am using an Innuos Stream 3 with the regular USB output and my source is Qobuz. The system is working well without any glitches. The results are in my opinion of a very high musical order - I mean that I could not want any more.

I was first sceptical of these ‘high end fuses’, but remembering my earlier experience with the Hifi tuning fuses on my tube rig, I knew that they were at least doing something positive. I talked to an engineer that was also sceptical about these fancy fuses, but after he tried the SR Punk fuse he could not deny their impact on sound quality! I then ordered 4x Pink for my high resolution Field coil system. 1) On my Sonnet Pasithea dac the Pink made an immediate impact! All parameters improved! Better 3d, transients, blacker background etc. I can not believe that a 6000eur dac doesn’t implement this already in their product? The relative modest cost of the fuse made my already existing high end dac even better. Well worth upgrade indeed! 2) Sonnet Hermes streamer: Further refinement, but not as dramatic as on the Pasithea. 3/4) Class d 3-way Temple Audio mono blocks: Hmmm.. this was not a success. It sounded kinda muddled. Strange. It occurred to me, could the fuses be placed in the wrong direction? I checked my Furutech inlet, and indeed, the hot pin was the opposite of what I thought!! Changed the direction and everything sounded great! Also small, but noticeable improvement. I can fully recommended the SR pink fuse for any high resolving system. Sincerely mr N. Dahl, Norway

It sounds more natural and dynamic with a quiet background. It makes the music experience more pleasent and a lot of music that normally doesn't appeal to me suddenly becomes interesting. It was therefor a very succesful update that makes listening more enjoyable and it's hard to put a price on that :-)
