The Master Clock section features a dual thermostatically-controlled SC-CUT OCXO with ultra-low Phase Noise better than > -110 dBc/Hz, paired with a top-tier PLL clock synthesizer. This configuration delivers the most accurate and stable clock signals to both switch zones.

To effectively isolate AC power interference and prevent cross-talk between different system sections, the SW-10PRO equipped with two ultra-low-noise NORATEL toroidal transformers. These provide independent power circuit paths for the OCXO Master Clock and the Network Switch circuitry.
Dual Mono Toroid Transformer ensures that the Master Clock and all clock distribution modules operate in an ultra-low-noise environment, further reducing phase noise and enhancing clock accuracy. At the same time, it delivers robust and stable power to the 2.5G/1G network controllers, SFP optical ports, and isolated zones.
CNC-Machined Solid Billet Aluminum Chassis
The chassis is precision CNC-machined from a solid block of aerospace-grade aluminum, significantly reducing overall resonance and increasing structural rigidity compared to standard assembled aluminum enclosures. This also enables effective isolation between functional sections, minimizing interference.
