Nice strong cable, good connectors, one flaw though, the Lumin attachment end is very big and strong, you need to bend it a lot to cover the box. could have been made a bit softer to bend.

Geweldige toevoeging voor mij set! Na aansluiten was het direct hoorbaar. Een "schoner geluid" en vooral niet meer wisselend gedurende de dag. Een aanrader!

Does what it should do, give clean power. Takes time at the first time until caps are loaded. Does not have a on/off switch, you need to leave it 'on' all the time? I use the reset button to turn off the Lumin U2mini.

Really impressed with the Grimm cables I recently added to the Odyssey Mastering setup. The clocking is incredibly solid when paired with my Burl and RME gear — everything just locks in tighter. What stands out the most is the level of detail in the listening experience. The stereo image feels more focused, transients are cleaner, and there’s a noticeable sense of depth and clarity across the spectrum. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade if you’re aiming for precision and transparency in a mastering chain.

Le premier objectif était de rétablir l’inversion des canaux stéréo lors de la connexion i2s entre Volumio Rivo plus et holo audio cyan 2 grâce aux réglage du pin out du singxer : problème réglé. En plus, à l’écoute il me semble que le grave est plus tendu et mieux étagé, la scène sonore semble plus vaste, les aigus plus aériens. I decided to add an exterior DAC to my hi-fi system, not to stream but to hook up to my Moon Audio 260D CD player and by-pass it's DAC. Didn't know where to start but consulted a hi-fi savvy and knowledgeable friend. He recommended the Holo Audio Cyan 2 as he already has the Holo Spring model. Duly ordered online and the ordering process was simple, as was dealing with the Import Duty as the product is shipped from EU. Delivery took only a few days and it came very securely packed. My knowledgeable pal took care of the installation and I was set to go. Instructions were to allow 250 hours run-in time to achieve peak performance, so patience was required. Kept it hooked up to the CD player on repeat for 15 hours a day mostly without amplification but it was interesting to monitor the improvements from time to time. End result is a sound that I would never have thought possible via a digital source (my CD player). I'm so impressed that I have temporarily suspended playing vinyl. The sound is now way more dynamic, detailed and warm than previously, which results in hearing some familiar albums with much more involvement. I get the impression that Magna Hi-Fi and their founders Rob and Jos, genuinely care about their products and customer satisfaction. Rare in these times. : I had just acquired a pair of Triangle Magellan Cello 40th Anniversary speakers to replace my Sonus Faber Domus Grand Pianos—which were paired with my Naim Supernait 3 and Eversolo A6 Master Edition—when I realized just how transparent these new speakers are. They are absolutely unforgiving. To make a long story short, I turned toward Holo Audio based on a friend's recommendation. He owns the May KTE, but I opted for the Spring 3 KTE simply due to space constraints. I knew this R2R DAC was highly acclaimed. I can tell you that it is a masterful upgrade on every level: the sound is natural and organic, detailed without being fatiguing, with "breath" between the notes, and incredible stereo imaging and spatiality. In short, I am finally discovering what the Magellans are truly capable of, and I’m rediscovering my entire music library and then some. It’s pure magic! One very important detail: the Holo Audio needs to run continuously for about 500 hours, after which it fully reveals its true potential!

An available firmware update and a restart got everything working smoothly. The ai adjustments to headphone eq are simply fantastic.

Overtreft mijn stoutste verwachtingen en niet zo’n klein beetje. De Rega Aethos geïntegreerde versterker is zeer krachtig, stuurt de Crystal Cable Arabesque Mini luidsprekers meer dan adequaat aan, maar ik miste wel echte diepte en iets van transparantie. Met de komst van de Serene reikt de bühne tot ver in mijn voortuin en is er veel meer ruimte ontstaan tussen de uitvoerende artiesten. Ook hoogteverschillen in de soundstage zijn duidelijker waarneembaar. Kortom; een overtuigend 3D beeld met weergave van microdetails. Verder valt op dat de snelheid is toegenomen en geluiden een betere nagalm kennen. Een en ander heeft tot gevolg dat nu de verschillen tussen mijn DAC‘s nu niet meer zo subtiel zijn. Het gebruik van mijn DAC‘s heeft dezelfde waarde gekregen als het wisselen van elementen op de draaitafel. €3.500 is serieus geld, maar wetende dat een Amerikaans of Europees vergelijkbaar kwaliteitsproduct veel duurder uitvalt, maakt deze Serene relatief gezien tot een koopje.

De Red streamer is een mooi zeer fraai gebouwde streamer die exact doet wat ie moet doen, betrouwbaar en in zeer hoge kwaliteit data doorgeven aan de al even mooie Holo Dac Cyan2. Als je de aandacht besteed aan de Red en m de beste en schoonste stroombron voorzet wat evenzo geld voor de Cyan2 dan heb je een zeer krachtig en in mijn opinie een zeer neutraal doorgeefluik met alle in en uitgangen die je kan wensen. Fungeert ook als een uitstekende DDC, werkt op zijn allerbest via I2S. Laat zich met enige toewijding en kennis van zaken ook van een zeer fraaie kant kennen met OS Gentooplayer/Diretta. Schoon clean en high end onder de 1000 euro. Mega happy ook al door de synergie met de Cyan 2 Dac. Quirks heeft ie ook maar voor mij niet relevant.

super stuff, simplified my chain from Waversa Wstreamer over Mutec to Spring 2 KTE using 2 Cardas Clear Coax cables - now only Red I2S Spring 2 KTE and it sounds better!

Voldoet aan de verwachtingen. Heeft wèl een behoorlijke inspeeltijd nodig.

Excellent USB card, but pricey .. In my setup, it reduce noise without imposing a sound signature, the music flows naturally, it helps to obtain an analogue sound in final. ( 100 hours of burn in need before any judgment ). Well done Pink Faun !

I’ve added the Tai Hang Recently to my Setup to get rid of DC and Other issues with my AC. Amp is a Yamaha AS2200 . Complete setup is hooked up with Supra Silver Lorad Cables and the rest of my interconnects is all Supra / Mogami. So what the Tai Hang did was add more micro details, darker background and wider soundstage to my Setup. But this is way more noticeable with my Headphone Equipment (Teac UD507 / Cayin HA-2A). Major improvement there. With my Stereo setup the improvement to my previous cheap Dynavox Powerstrip with Ifi DC blocker is small. The Tai Hang has amazing quality, Is heavy and feels like a piece of HiFi Equipment. There is a blue LED under the unit. I’m thinking about getting a second unit in the future:)

Heel bijzonder wat er gebeurde toen deze zekering was geplaatst in een STAX -SRM 313 energizer. Speelt een klasse beter. Vraagt wel de nodige uren om goed ingespeeld te zijn. (Ook als je daar niet in geloofd ;-)
