Yes, Magna Hifi has a return policy. Spending money on something you have never touched or experienced yourself can be intimidating, we fully understand this. We strongly believe in the quality of our products and expect a great sound improvement in your audio system. But we also know in audio it sometimes just doesn’t work out for whatever reason. Therefore we give you a 14 days try out period for our products. We think this 14 day try-out period offers a mutual benefit, we get the chance to prove the quality of our products and you get the chance to buy a product that is the answer to your specific needs. The details of our returns policy can be found here

At Magna Hifi, we offer various shipping options depending on the destination country, the weight, size, and price of the product. In most cases, we even offer free shipping! Shipping is the responsibility of Magna Hifi, and insurance is always included for your peace of mind. Shipping details and costs are calculated during checkout, ensuring you always get the best available option.  

Yes, you can buy VAT-free at Magna Hifi in certain cases:

  • Outside the European Union:
    If you are located outside the EU, Magna Hifi can sell products without charging Dutch VAT (21%). However, you may have to pay import duties, VAT, or taxes locally when your order arrives in your country.
  • Inside the European Union (business customers):
    If you are an EU business with a valid VAT number (outside the Netherlands), Magna Hifi can apply the reverse charge mechanism, meaning no VAT will be charged on the invoice.

Magna Hifi ships all products from the Netherlands.

They handle the packaging, shipping, and insurance directly from their location, ensuring careful handling and fast dispatch.

At Magna Hifi, we offer a 2 - 5 year warranty depending on the brand on all new products, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Some brands or products may even come with an extended warranty period.

Warranty service includes repair or replacement of the defective item.
