1. General

These general conditions apply to all activities of Magna Hifi. The conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the website of Magna Hifi. On request we send you a written copy.

By using the services Magna Hifi gives you’re agree with the terms and conditions as set out in these Rules .. Magna Hifi reserves the right to change its terms and / or conditions after the expiry of the period to change.

Unless otherwise agreed, the general or specific conditions or stipulations of third parties are not recognised by Magna Hifi.

Magna Hifi guarantees that the product meets the contract and meets the specifications listed in the offer.

2. Delivery

Delivery takes place while stocks last.

Under the rules of distance selling will Magna Hifi orders within 30 days, unless expressly written especially agreed. 3. Prices

Prices will not be increased within the duration of the offer, unless legal action is necessary or if the manufacturer interim price policies.

All prices on the site are subject to misprints. For the consequences of misprints no liability is accepted.

All prices paid on the site are in Euros and inclusive of applicable VAT rate when you are within the European Union

Citizens outside the European Union can pay in EURO or USD and pay price excluding VAT. Then effectively you become an importer and become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) payments. If the terms of sale do not specify another arrangement, the goods would normally be held by the Customs Authority at entry, pending the payment of duty and tax.

4. Payment

Unless otherwise specified in the contract or additional conditions should the amounts owed by the consumer to be paid within 14 days after the start of the cooling period, or in the absence of a cooling-off period within 14 days after the conclusion of the contract. In case of a contract to provide a service, this period commences on the day after the consumer has received the confirmation of the agreement.
When selling products to consumers, the consumer can in terms never be required to advance payment of more than 50%. If payment is agreed, the consumer may not assert any rights regarding the implementation of the order or service (s) before the advance payment has been made. The consumer has the duty to inaccuracies in data supplied or specified payment immediately to the operator.

If you place an order with Magna Hifi, your data will be included in the customer base of Magna Hifi. Magna Hifi use your information to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. Magna Hifi adheres to the Data Protection Act and will not provide your information to third parties.

Magna Hifi respects the privacy of the users of the website and ensures confidentiality of your personal information.

7. Warranty

Magna Hifi guarantees that the delivered products meet the requirements of usability, reliability and durability as intended by the parties to the contract are reasonable, and therefore is responsible for the manufacturer of the product delivered to you.

The consumer is obliged to immediately inspect the goods upon receipt. Should the goods delivered wrong, inadequate or incomplete, then the customer (before proceeding to return to Magna Hifi) to report these defects immediately in writing to Magna Hifi with a clear and comprehensive description of the complaint. Any defects or faulty goods should and can look up 2 months after delivery to Magna Hifi be notified in writing. Return of Goods must be in original packaging (including accessories and documentation) and in new condition. Magna Hifi is not liable for damages caused by intent or equivalent recklessness of user.

This warranty does not apply if:

A) as long as the consumer against Magna Hifi is in default;

B) the consumer has repaired the delivered goods themselves and / or processed by third parties to repair and / or edit.

C) the delivered goods have been exposed to abnormal conditions or otherwise carelessly handled or treated in violation of the instructions of Magna Hifi and / or use;

D) the delivered goods are not maintained as one might have expected this reasonably.

E) were defective in whole or in part the result of regulations that the government has made or will make regarding the nature or quality of the materials used.

8. Offers

Offers are not binding unless otherwise stated in the offer.
Upon acceptance of an offer by the buyer, Magna Hifi reserves the right to offer within 3 working days of receipt of such acceptance to revoke or to deviate.
Verbal agreements Magna Hifi only after they have been expressly confirmed in writing.
All Magna Hifi not automatically apply to repeat orders.
Magna Hifi can not be held to its offer if the customer should have understood that the offer, or any part thereof, an obvious mistake or error.
Additions, modifications and / or further agreements are effective only if in writing.

9. Agreement

An agreement between Magna Hifi and a customer is established after an order or instruction by Magna Hifi feasibility is assessed.
Magna Hifi reserves the right, without giving any reason not to accept orders or contracts or only to accept the condition that the shipment takes COD or advance.

10. Images and specifications

11. Force Majeure

Magna Hifi is not liable if and when she can not be fulfilled due to force majeure.

12. Liability

Magna Hifi is not liberate liable for damage to vehicles or other property by improper use of the products. Before use, read the instructions on the packaging and / or consult our website.

13. Retention of title

Applicable law / jurisdiction

All agreements are subject to Dutch law.

Disputes arising from an agreement between Magna Hifi and copper, which can not be resolved by mutual agreement, the competent court within the district of Alkmaar knowledge unless Magna Hi there prefer the dispute to the competent court of the domicile of the purchaser, and with the exception of those disputes that fall under the jurisdiction of a magistrate.
